Mr. Ashford Kgomotso
Managing Partner
Accomplished attorney with 16 years' experience as both a litigator and in-house corporate/commercial lawyer and company secretary. Over six years as a prosecutions attorney with the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, leaving as Senior Prosecutions Counsel in 2014. His areas of competency are criminal and civil litigation, mediation and land disputes. He heads the criminal and civil litigation department and was Director of Infinity Life Insurance Agency (PTY) Ltd from 2016 to June 2022.
Ms. Tasokwa Kamcholoti
Associate Attorney
Associate attorney (LLB, UB) with seven years' experience on the civil litigation team. Competencies include drafting pleadings, wills and contracts, settlements, legal research and advisory. A competent litigator in civil and criminal matters, administration of estates, conveyancing, notarial practice and trust transactions.
Masapa Basoli
Conveyancing Secretary (Paralegal)
Holds a Diploma in Business Management and a Certificate in ICT, with over 18 years' experience as a conveyancing secretary and paralegal. Well versed in mortgage bond registrations, applications and cancellations, sale agreement drafting and compliance requirements in property and trust transactions. Competent in case management and preparing legal briefs in criminal and civil matters.
Mr. Lawrence Phalanyane
Legal Secretary (Paralegal)
In-house trained legal secretary with over 12 years' experience, competent in drafting pleadings and debt collection — both soft (telephonic) and hard (litigation) recovery. Has handled portfolios of more than 300 collection accounts, with an excellent track record in the private sector.
